Shipping charges will be added to invoices, except for when a drop-off or pick-up of order is arranged.

Pricing of available titles is subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and
availability and will be filled at prices and terms in effect on the date of shipment.
New Partner Accounts
We require a copy of your business’s resale certificate or tax exempt certificate prior to placing an order. Payment is requested at time of sale for first time buyers, and your order will ship after payment is received.
Permission in advance is required for returns. Packing list must include title, quantity, invoice number, and date. We do not issue cash refunds. Credits may be applied to purchases up to one year from date of issue. Full credit is allowed for return of books that are still in saleable condition, and free of dealer’s marks and/or labels.
Returns will be shipped at your own expense, although pickup and drop-off may be available in certain situations.
Please notify us of damaged books, short shipments, and/or misshipments within 7 days of receipt of shipment
and we will advise you of the procedure to take. If package is via UPS or FedEx, you should notify us immediately and save the bag or carton. Failure to follow these procedures may disallow any credit.
We encourage booksellers to host book signings or programs with our authors. Please contact us to inquire as to authors’ availability.
We strive to ship all orders within 1-4 business days. All shipments via UPS ground service, FedEx ground service, or postal service unless otherwise directed.
Back Order Policy
Items not available at the time of shipment will be placed on back order unless otherwise requested by the customer. Back orders may take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. Customers may cancel an order if informed it is on back order.
